Temperaturempfindliche Verbindungen, die sich normalerweise durch einfache Destillation zersetzen w\u00fcrden, verdampfen bei niedrigeren Temperaturen, wenn sie in der Destillationskolonne Dampf ausgesetzt werden. Dies erm\u00f6glicht die Trennung von \u00e4therischen \u00d6len, die in kochendem Wasser tendenziell weniger l\u00f6slich sind, von chemisch komplexen Materialien.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/novidan.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/helichrysum-essentil-oil-distillery-lowpressure-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"helichrysum essentil oil distillery lowpressure\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Bild der Brennerei w\u00e4hrend des Destillationsprozesses<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn der Wasserdampf durch das organische Material geleitet wird, \u00f6ffnen sich winzige Poren, die die \u00e4therischen \u00d6le enthalten, und setzen die Molek\u00fcle der \u00e4therischen \u00d6le frei, ohne diese empfindlichen Bestandteile zu besch\u00e4digen. Das gewonnene Destillat enth\u00e4lt ein Gemisch aus Wasserdampf und <strong>\u00e4therische \u00d6le<\/strong> die schlie\u00dflich im Kondensationsapparat wieder in ihren fl\u00fcssigen Zustand \u00fcbergehen. Dann werden sie mittels eines <strong>Florentiner Separator<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei \u00e4therischen \u00d6len erm\u00f6glicht die Verwendung von Wasserdampf, dass das Destillat die empfindlicheren Inhaltsstoffe erh\u00e4lt. <strong>Aromen und D\u00fcfte <\/strong>Diese Substanzen w\u00fcrden sich andernfalls bei hohen Temperaturen zersetzen. Es handelt sich um ein hervorragendes Verfahren zur Gewinnung \u00e4therischer \u00d6le aus aromatischen Pflanzen f\u00fcr die Aromatisierung von Lik\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Schl\u00fcssel zur Herstellung eines sogenannten therapeutischen oder hochwertigen \u00e4therischen \u00d6ls liegt darin, so viele der empfindlichen Aromastoffe wie m\u00f6glich im \u00e4therischen \u00d6l zu erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empfindliche Aromastoffe werden durch hohe Temperaturen und Dr\u00fccke sowie durch den Kontakt mit reaktiven Metallen wie Kupfer oder Aluminium leicht zerst\u00f6rt. Unsere Destillerie ist mit Edelstahl-Kochkammern ausgestattet und arbeitet mit niedrigem Druck und m\u00f6glichst geringer Dampftemperatur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Destillerie f\u00fcr \u00e4therische \u00d6le in Novi Dan (New Day)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir sind stolz auf unser neues digitales <strong>Niederdruck<\/strong> Die \u00e4therische \u00d6ldestillerie ist das Herzst\u00fcck der Wasserdampfdestillation. Mithilfe dieses integrierten Systems k\u00f6nnen wir sowohl die Kondensationstemperaturen als auch die Temperatur des Hydrolats pr\u00e4zise steuern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Niederdruck<\/strong> Destillation bedeutet, dass der im Dampfkessel erzeugte Dampf mit niedrigem Druck auf die Rohmasse trifft und daher niedrigere Temperaturen aufweist, wodurch die Bestandteile der Rohmasse nicht besch\u00e4digt werden. So ist beispielsweise beim Kochen in gro\u00dfer H\u00f6he das Kochwasser k\u00fchler, weshalb die Kochzeit f\u00fcr den gleichen thermischen Effekt verl\u00e4ngert werden muss. Im Gegensatz dazu ist der Druck im Schnellkochtopf h\u00f6her als der Atmosph\u00e4rendruck, sodass das Wasser vor dem Sieden auf \u00fcber 100 \u00b0C erhitzt wird. In diesem Wasser wird das Gargut schneller thermisch verarbeitet, und die Dampftemperatur ist deutlich h\u00f6her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jede Destillerie f\u00fcr \u00e4therische \u00d6le besteht aus einigen Schl\u00fcsselkomponenten wie zum Beispiel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dampfgenerator<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brenner<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kondensator<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Florentiner Gef\u00e4\u00df<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jede dieser Komponenten besteht aus einer oder mehreren Unterkomponenten, die wir im Folgenden erl\u00e4utern werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Destillerie f\u00fcr \u00e4therische \u00d6le \u2013 Dampfgenerator<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie der Name schon sagt, ein <strong>Dampfgenerator<\/strong> Ein Dampferzeuger ist ein Ger\u00e4t, das aus Wasser Dampf erzeugt. Bei der Destillation \u00e4therischer \u00d6le ist es wichtig, dass das Wasser, das in den Dampferzeuger gelangt, enth\u00e4rtet und frei von Brunnenkresse und anderen Verunreinigungen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spezielles Wasser <strong>Weichsp\u00fcler<\/strong> Hierf\u00fcr werden spezielle Komponenten verwendet. Der Wasserenth\u00e4rter besteht aus einer Drucks\u00e4ule mit Ionenaustauscher, einem Steuerventil und einem Salzbeh\u00e4lter. Die Regeneration des Enth\u00e4rters erfolgt automatisch \u00fcber ein elektronisches, programmierbares Steuerventil. Der durch die Kr\u00e4uter str\u00f6mende Dampf extrahiert deren Essenz und gelangt als solches in den Kondensator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brenner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der <strong>Trotzdem<\/strong> ist die Stelle, an der die gr\u00fcne Masse eingef\u00fchrt wird. Aus beispielsweise 400 Kilogramm Helichrysum italicum (Immortelle) erh\u00e4lt man durchschnittlich <strong>350 \u2013 500 Milliliter \u00e4therisches \u00d6l<\/strong>, w\u00e4hrend wir bei Lavendel bis zu <strong>5-mal mehr<\/strong> \u00e4therisches \u00d6l als die gleiche Menge an gr\u00fcner Masse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nachdem die Kapsel bef\u00fcllt und in die Destillierapparatur eingesetzt wurde, wird sie mit einem Deckel verschlossen, der mit dem <strong>Kondensator<\/strong>, und die <strong>Destillation <\/strong>kann beginnen. Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, durchstr\u00f6mt der aus dem Kessel kommende Dampf die Gr\u00fcnmasse und gelangt zusammen mit den Pflanzenextrakten in den Kondensator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kondensator einer Destillerie f\u00fcr \u00e4therische \u00d6le<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Kapazit\u00e4t der <strong>Kondensator<\/strong> In der Destillerie f\u00fcr \u00e4therische \u00d6le ist die K\u00fchlung einer gro\u00dfen Menge sehr wichtig. <strong>Dampf <\/strong>das durchlaufen hat <strong>gr\u00fcne Masse<\/strong>, ob es <strong>Immortelle, Rosmarin, Lavendel, Salbei<\/strong> oder eine andere Pflanze, die wir destillieren. Dieser Dampf enth\u00e4lt bereits die <strong>Essenz der Pflanze<\/strong> Das wird destilliert, und f\u00fcr die beste Qualit\u00e4t des \u00e4therischen \u00d6ls muss es ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df abgek\u00fchlt und wieder in den fl\u00fcssigen Zustand versetzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine schnellere K\u00fchlung des Dampfes l\u00e4sst sich auf zwei Arten erreichen: entweder durch eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Kondensatorleistung oder durch einen h\u00f6heren Wasserdurchfluss durch einen kleineren Kondensator. Wir nutzen die erste Option, da sie es uns erm\u00f6glicht, den Kondensator in Zonen zu unterteilen und die Temperatur in jedem Bereich pr\u00e4zise zu steuern, was optimale Ergebnisse liefert. Zudem reduzieren wir den Wasserverbrauch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/novidan.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/distillery-condenser-helichrysum-oil-in-florentine-1024x687.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Digital gesteuerter Drei-Zonen-Kondensator Bietet optimale Kondensationstemperatur sowie Hydrolate \u2013 Rechtes Bild Florentiner Abscheider \u2013 Nicht mischbare Fl\u00fcssigkeiten sind solche, die sich nicht zu einer einzigen Phase vermischen. \u00d6l und Wasser sind Beispiele f\u00fcr nicht mischbare Fl\u00fcssigkeiten \u2013 eines schwimmt auf dem anderen. In diesem Fall handelt es sich bei dem Wasser um ein Hydrolat, das als Nebenprodukt der Destillation anf\u00e4llt.&nbsp;<strong>\u00d6l hat eine geringere Dichte als Wasser.<\/strong>, Es wird immer <strong>schweben<\/strong> auf dem Wasser. Nach einem <strong>Destillationsprozess<\/strong> ist der Vorgang abgeschlossen, wird das auf dem Wasser schwimmende \u00d6l (Hydrolat) in die <strong>Karaffe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Karaffe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da das frisch destillierte \u00d6l noch kleine Hydrolat- und Wasserpartikel enth\u00e4lt, muss es zus\u00e4tzlich dekantiert werden, d. h. man muss warten, bis der Prozess abgeschlossen ist. <strong>Trennung von Wasser und \u00d6l<\/strong> ist vollst\u00e4ndig aufgebraucht, da das im \u00e4therischen \u00d6l verbleibende Wasser den gr\u00f6\u00dften Einfluss auf die Haltbarkeit des \u00d6ls hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daf\u00fcr ist eine Karaffe da.
